• MATERIAL: Clay Tempered folded Steel Sanmai Lamination, One side blade etched Dragon pattern,Another one side blade etched Ken with SANKOSHO pattern,Full Tang,Real Hamon,material selection, forge, quenching, Clay Tempered ,polishing and grinding and final assembly are finished manually.
• CRAFTSMANSHIP - This blade is made of Clay Tempered folded Steel .And it has been laminated in a Sanmai configuration(outer steel is folded steel ,Core steel is T10 Steel). Differential hardened and clay tempered, water quenched and polished.The blade edge hardness has reached 60 HRC
• After 18 different grinding processes, the blade is divided into two layers of different colors,Grinding white layer and brighter layers,The craftsmanship process is made by our top grinding masters All its parts can be disassembled and reassembled like a real Sword.
• PERFORMANCE - The blade is polished by hand. The surface is very smooth, bright and sharp enough to cut through a thick bamboo tree with a single strike yet, and sharp enough to cut tatami, water bottles, and so on.
