Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Content Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in the development of our first upskilling course The ideal candidate will be creative, data-oriented, and experienced in executing digital campaigns across multiple platforms to build brand awareness, generate leads, and improve conversions.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Manage paid ads (Meta Ads and Google Ads) to generate leads and increase course
enrolments. - Create marketing content and ideas that focus on English speaking, communication skills, and learner problems.
- Work closely with the content, design, and curriculum teams to keep the brand message clear and consistent everywhere.
- Handle social media pages, plan posts, check engagement, and improve reach and interaction.
- Track results using tools like Google Analytics and ad dashboards, improve website/landing
pages, and test email or WhatsApp campaigns to get better lead and retention. - Experiment with email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and automation tools to nurture leads and improve retention. Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices in the ed-tech space.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or any related field.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in ed-tech, startups,
or online courses. - Strong understanding of performance marketing, social media marketing, and content
marketing. - Experience with SEO, paid ads, email marketing, and analytics tools.
- Ability to analyse data, draw insights, and optimise campaigns accordingly.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines independently in a remote setup.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and/or learning
management systems (LMS). - Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- AI Proficiency: Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, or similar for content generation
and optimization.
