At TUSP (The Upskill Project), we want you to be confident about your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are allowed and how the process works.
By purchasing any course on TUSP, you agree to this Refund Policy.
GENERAL REFUND POLICY
All course purchases on TUSP are non-refundable by default.
Because our courses are digital products with immediate access, refunds are limited and granted only under specific conditions described below.
WHEN YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND
You may be eligible for a refund if:
You purchased a course but could not access the content due to a technical issue from our side
A payment was deducted but the course was not activated
You were charged twice for the same course
There was a clear system or platform error that prevented course usage
In such cases, refunds will be reviewed and approved at TUSP’s discretion.
WHEN REFUNDS ARE NOT PROVIDED
Refunds will NOT be given if:
You changed your mind after purchase
You did not like the course content or teaching style
You did not complete or attend the course
You failed to access the course due to personal device or internet issues
The refund request is made after significant course usage
You purchased the course during a discount or promotional offer (unless stated otherwise)
COURSE ACCESS & USAGE
Once you:
Log in
Access lessons
Watch videos
Attempt quizzes
The course is considered used, and refunds will not be applicable.
PAYMENT ERRORS
If your payment was successful but:
Course access was not granted, or
You see duplicate charges
Please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue or process a refund if applicable.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund, email us with the following details:
Registered email address
Course name
Payment receipt or transaction ID
Reason for refund request

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
REFUND PROCESSING TIME
If your refund is approved:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Processing time may take 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider
TUSP is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
Raising a chargeback without contacting TUSP first may result in:
Account suspension
Loss of course access
We strongly encourage resolving issues directly with us.
CHANGES TO THIS REFUND POLICY
TUSP reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the revised policy.
