Position Summary:
We are looking for a Facebook Ads Expert who can plan, run, and optimise Meta ad campaigns to generate quality leads and increase course enrolments. The ideal candidate understands audiences, creatives, and data, and knows how to improve results through testing and
optimisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns for lead generation and sales.
  • Write clear and engaging ad copies and work with designers to create high-performing creatives.
  • Set up and manage audiences, budgets, bidding, and ad funnels
  • Track ad performance, analyse data, and improve CTR, CPL, and conversions.
  • Test different creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve results.
  • Coordinate with content and marketing teams to ensure ads match the brand and course goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience running Facebook/Instagram (Meta) Ads
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, retargeting, and conversion campaigns.
  • Experience using Meta Ads Manager and basic analytics tools
  • Ability to analyse data and optimise campaigns for better performance.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • AI Proficiency: Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, or similar for content generation
    and optimization.
